Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BeinStore, an order-operations platform that connects to your Shopify store. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of these Terms
By creating a BeinStore account, connecting a Shopify store, or inviting team members to your company's workspace, you confirm that you have the authority to do so on behalf of your business and agree to be bound by these Terms.
What BeinStore does
BeinStore connects to your Shopify store via OAuth to help your team manage orders, track inventory, and record customer trust flags in one shared workspace. It does not process payments, does not modify your Shopify storefront, and does not act on your customers' behalf.
Your account and team
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for the actions of any team member you invite into your company's workspace. Roles and permissions within BeinStore (Owner, Admin, Operations, Call Center, Warehouse, Read-only) are yours to assign and manage.
Data processing terms
When you connect a Shopify store, you (the "merchant") remain the data controller for your customers' personal data β you decide what data is collected and why, consistent with your own obligations to your customers. BeinStore acts as a data processor: we process order, product, and customer data received from Shopify solely to provide the service described above, and only as instructed by your use of the platform. We do not use your customers' data for our own purposes, do not sell it, and do not share it beyond the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy (Supabase, Vercel, Resend) who help us operate the service. If Shopify notifies us of a customer data request or deletion request on your behalf, we fulfill it automatically through Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use BeinStore for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, to exceed reasonable API usage that could impact other merchants, or to use the platform to store or process data unrelated to legitimate Shopify order operations.
Service availability
BeinStore depends on Shopify's own APIs and infrastructure we don't control (Supabase, Vercel). We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not responsible for outages caused by Shopify or our infrastructure providers.
Termination
You may stop using BeinStore at any time by disconnecting your store(s) or uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data after disconnection or uninstall.
Limitation of liability
BeinStore is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses related to order data synced from or to Shopify.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
